Mr. Ronaldo Rollocks is an independent consultant in Industrial Relations and Labor matters. Mr. Rollocks has over 15 years’ experience in the field of industrial relations in matters related to grievance handling, investigations, salary negotiations, mediation, disciplinary tribunals and dismissals for both employees and employers alike. Mr. Rollocks currently practices before the Industrial Court, having in-depth knowledge of both sides of the industrial relations practice. Mr. Rollocks holds an Associate Degree in Labor Studies from Cipriani College of Labor and Cooperatives, an Advanced Dip in Industrial Relations facilitated by Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (First Class Honors) from Anglia Ruskin University in England. Mr. Rollocks has also represented before the Employers Consultative Association and the Equal Opportunities Commission providing critical advice on industrial relations matters.
