As a Caribbean citizen, Mr. Cuffie is passionate about developing the leadership and innovation potential in our islands and looking for opportunities to leverage current and emerging technologies in advancement of our peoples.
As a leadership and strategy consultant, Mr. Cuffie has facilitated strategic planning workshops for business, public sector and non-profit organisations locally and regionally.
Mr. Cuffie holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership from Walden University, USA and is a Certified Graduate of the Palladium Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Programme. This is the only Balanced Scorecard certification endorsed by the creators of the Balanced Scorecard.
He is an experienced trainer having facilitated over 50 leadership, strategic planning, teambuilding and presentation skills workshops.
