I have a passion for making something beautiful in a world where things are not always beautiful. Where day-to-day life can be mundane, routine and often disheartening, I’d like my work to be a moment of fantasy in a woman’s world. I believe this comes from my childhood imagination of being someone else when the reality of certain aspects of my life sometimes required an escape.

Being an artist and involved in the creative industry, thinking with a business mind does not come as naturally to me as to others. When I got the opportunity to be coached by Rawle, it really helped me to expand my creative vision in a business capacity and start putting things in place to have specific goals for my business, both short and long-term. This gave me a more holistic view that has inevitably affected the way I plan and make decisions when it comes to my business ventures.

Rawle is very easy to work with: he is patient. When I needed further explanations on terms and techniques I was not familiar with; he made sure to fully understand the direction I was coming from as a creative person and the direction I wanted to go in my niche. He broke down the various aspects of structuring my business in a way that made sense and added value to my vision. Through the use of spreadsheets, I was able to “make the vision plain”, and actually see where I needed to make adjustments both personally and at a business level, but always with my creative vision in mind. 

Being able to see figures in action has helped me restructure in a way that I can see growth of my vision and my brand. This allowed me to plan accordingly for every new level. This works even if I don’t follow the spreadsheet plan exactly. Once the groundwork is done, means I have a core understanding of the way things work and changes can be made.

As a result of the tools and techniques Rawle equipped me with, I have seen an increase in my income. More importantly, I have been able to discern and tap into the areas of the market / demographic that I want to serve. I believe this adds more value and longevity. I’m very grateful for Visionworks.
